Ajut-o pe Nicoleta sa vada!

 Vreau sa incerc sa ajut o fetita prin intermediul acestei postari, sa speram ca cineva o poate ajuta mai mult decat o fac eu in acest moment.

Va las cu povestea ei.

Ma numesc Calin Mariana Violeta si am o fetita pe nume Calin Leontina Nicoleta de 7 ani, care s-a nascut prematur la 7 luni cu grave deficiente de vedere. Cand fetita a implinit 6 luni am vazut ca ceva nu este in regula cu ea . I-am facut primul control la spitalul din Craiova, diagnosticul fiind pus prima data la acest spital. N-i s-a spus ca are dezlipire de retina - retinopatie de prematuritate gradul V (cinci). Aici nu ne-au dat nici o speranta de vindecare, au spus sa mergem cu ea mai departe la alt spital. Pe 26 iulie 2004 am mers cu ea la Bucuresti, la D-l doctor Florin Balta unde acesta ne-a dat increderea sa luptam, ca fetita noastra are sanse de vindecare . Ne-a confirmat diagnosticul aflat de la spitalul din Craiova si ne-a spus ca singura sansa sa poata vedea este o operatie care se poate face in Belgia. Suma ceruta de medicii de la acea clinica era de 6000 Euro . Dumnezeu ne-a ajutat si am strans acea suma cu ajutorul unor oameni cu suflet. Am mers cu fetita si am operat-o, dupa operatie mergeam la control cum ne-au cerut doctorii din Belgia la spitalul de oftalmologie din Bucuresti. A mers bine controlul un an si cateva luni, la ultimul control care i-a fost facut ne-au spus ca nu i s-a lipit in totalitate retina si ca nu si-a recapatat vederea. Am intrebat ce se mai poate face pentru ea si ne-au spus ca in Belgia nu se mai poate face nimic . Am decis sa incercam si in alta parte si am aflat ca aceasta operatie de care are mare nevoie se poate face la o clinica din America. Am trimis actele si am luat legatura cu Dr. William Beautmont din Detroit, ne-a confirmat ca operatia se poate face si costul operatiei la ambii ochi fiind de peste 30.000 Dolari . Orice am face este cu mult peste puterile noastre, incercam, traim cu aceasta speranta si incredere in bunul Dumnezeu pentru fetita noastra, care este si sungurul copil pe care il avem. Am mers si am batut la toate usile, am dat anunturi umanitare in presa, la diferite emisiuni, la nenumarate fundatii dar nu a fost deajuns. Poate cu ajutorul dumneavoastra putem strange macar jumatate din suma ca sa poate vedea si ea macar cu un ochisor pentru ca isi doreste foarte mult sa isi poata vedea parintii. In prezent ea studiaza in clasa I la Liceul de Deficiente de Vedere din Buzau . Zilele trecute Leontina a terminat clasa 1 fiind si premianta, am fost foarte mandrii de ea pentru ca ne-a adus acasa o colectie frumoasa de diplome. Timpul petrecut departe de noi a afectat-o foarte mult si de fiecare data cand vorbeam cu ea la telefon plangea si ne intreba de ce trebuie sa fie asa departe de noi. Speram ca in curand sa reusim s-o operam si sa putem sa o avem aproape de noi.

My name is Calin Mariana Violeta and I have a daughter Calin Leontina Nicoleta which is 7 years old and which was born prematurely at 7 months with severe visual impairment. When she was 6 months old I saw that something was not wright with her. I made the first control to the hospital in Craiova and the diagnosis was first establish here. They told us that she is having retinal detachment - retinopathy of prematurity degree V (five). Here they didn’t give us any chance of healing, they only said we have to go on to other hospitals. On 26 july 2004 we went with her to Bucharest to Dr. Florin Balta where he give us the reasons and the trust to continue fighting, our little girl is having healing chances. He confirm the diagnosis established in Craiova’s hospital and he told us that the only chance to see is to make a surgery that can be made in Belgium. The money needed for this intervention was 6000 Euro. God help us and we gather this amount of money with the help of people with hart. We went with the little girl and we made the surgery, after the surgery we made periodically controls as the doctors required to the ophthalmology hospital from Bucharest. The results were optimistic more than one year, but at the last control they told us that the retina was not pasted totally and she didn’t gain the vision. We ask what is to do now and they told us that in Belgium there is nothing to be done any more. We decide to try also in other places and we found that this surgery that Leontina is needing can be made in one clinic in America. We send all the documentation and we spoke with Dr.William Beautmont from Detroit, he confirmed that the surgery can be made and the cost of the intervention for both eyes is more than 30.000 U.S. Dollars. No matter what we make, to gain this amount of money is way beyond our powers, we try and we live with this hope and trust in God for our little girl, which is also the only child that we have. We went and try in a lot of places, we ask for help in newspapers and media, foundations but is not enough. Maybe with your help we can gather at least half of the money in order to make possible for her to see at least with one eye because she is wants very much to see her parents. Actually she is finishing in the first grade at the “school for visually impaired” from Buzau. In the past days Leontina finished the first grade also with god results, we were very proud of her because she brought home a beautiful collection of degrees. The time spend away from us affected her very much and each time when we spoke with her on the phone she was crying and asking why she has to be so far away from us. We hope that soon we will succeed to make the surgery and to have her close to us.
